Privacy Notice

GQ Aviation LLC ("GQ Aviation", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

Information you send us

When you use our contact form, you give us your name, email address and anything else you choose to include, such as your phone number, preferred dates or message. We use this information only to respond to you, schedule flights and training, and keep records of our communications with you.

Form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting provider on our behalf.

Online purchases

When you pay online on gqaviation.org, checkout is handled by our payment processor (Square) under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address, phone number, what you bought, any details you add at checkout (such as who is flying or a gift message) and the payment status. We use them to fulfill and schedule your order, send gift certificates and keep business and tax records.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.

Some pages show videos from our YouTube channel. Until you press play, the preview image comes from our own website and nothing loads from YouTube. When you press play, the video loads in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on YouTube (Google) may use cookies or similar technologies and collect information such as your IP address and viewing activity, under Google's privacy policy. Videos you open on youtube.com follow YouTube's own settings.

We don't set advertising cookies ourselves. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this notice.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Netlify, which also processes our contact form) and our payment processor (Square), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing gqaviationpne@gmail.com.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Parents or guardians should contact us on behalf of younger students.
